COVID-19 HEALTH & SAFETY PROCEDURES AT DEBONAIRS PIZZA

Since day one, when we opened our doors and created sbwling pizza, your health and safety has been our no. 1 priority. With current events, we’ve added extra precautions to keep you safe. From our delivery drivers to our cashiers, doughmasters and packers, everyone follows strict hygiene measures. Whether you’re in our restaurants or getting your fave pizza delivered, khululeka, we’re doing everything to ensure your health, safety, and peace of mind.

WE PROMISE TO KEEP YOU SAFE

  1. Staff wash and sanitise their hands for 20 seconds at least every 20 minutes
  2. All our staff wear masks as per the legislated requirements
  3. Specific training modules for staff have been launched, and staff have been trained practically in the workplace
  4. Every restaurant has educational best practice notices for our staff and drivers, in accordance with the World Health Organisation and the Department of Health’s regulations
  5. Every staff member, including delivery drivers, are screened for symptoms every day
  6. We have implemented NO CONTACT systems, which ensure that our customers do not come in physical contact with our staff. This includes:
    • No Contact Takeaway
    • No Contact In-store Collect
    • No Contact Kerbside Collection (select restaurants)
    • No Contact Home Delivery (select restaurants)
  7. 3rd Party Delivery drivers are also screened with temperature checks and a register is completed. Drivers showing symptoms or a high temperature are not permitted inside and cannot deliver. The 3rd Party Delivery company is immediately notified
  8. For customers entering the restaurant, we have also implemented numerous safety measures including social distancing and hand sanitising as detailed below

We all know it’s best to stay home and stay safe. So when you’re chilling at home with your fam, order in with our no contact free delivery

  1. Order and pay online via the Debonairs Pizza app
  2. The driver will place your pizza on the delivery bag and step back, keeping a safe distance of 1.5m
  3. You pick up your pizza and wave goodbye
  4. It’s that easy and NO CONTACT!

NO-CONTACT TAKEAWAY

Out and about on foot? You’re welcome to collect your takeaway from our counter. Just remember the following:

  1. Wear a mask
  2. Sanitise your hands
  3. Hold still for a temperature check
  4. Keep your distance (stand 1.5m apart in your very own social distancing circle)

NO-CONTACT KERBSIDE DELIVERY

If you do need to be out and about, stay safe in your car and order

  1. Order for collection and select ‘Kerbside Delivery’ on the Debonairs Pizza app
  2. Give us your car details so we can spot you when you arrive
  3. Pull in at the restaurant and park at a designated ‘Kerbside Delivery’ parking bay
  4. No need to get out — we’ll deliver your pizza right to your car
